ENGINEERED FOR NAPLES DRIVING

Cheap Tint Hides the Sun. Quality Film Controls Its Effects.

A vehicle parked beneath the Naples sun can become uncomfortable in minutes. Heat builds inside the cabin, glare reduces visibility, and repeated UV exposure can fade dashboards, seats, trim, and other interior materials. Basic film may darken the glass, but darkness alone does not determine how effectively a tint controls heat or protects your vehicle.

Enterprise Window Tinting installs premium LLumar automotive films developed for heat rejection, UV protection, glare control, privacy, and lasting color stability. Different film technologies provide different performance levels, allowing you to choose an option based on your vehicle, driving habits, desired shade, and budget.

Every vehicle is evaluated individually so the selected film complements its factory glass and window design. Our technicians focus on careful preparation, precise fitting, smooth application, clean edges, and a professional finished appearance.

Since 1996, drivers from Naples, North Naples, Golden Gate, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and surrounding Collier County communities have trusted Enterprise Window Tinting for knowledgeable recommendations, premium products, and dependable installation.

MORE THAN A DARKER WINDOW

8 Ways Professional Auto Tint Improves Every Drive

Quality automotive window film offers more than a visual upgrade. The right LLumar film can improve cabin comfort, reduce exposure, protect interior materials, and enhance the way your vehicle looks and feels every day.

  • Heat Control: High-performance automotive film reduces solar and infrared heat entering through the glass, helping your vehicle cool down more comfortably after sitting in the Naples sun.
  • UV Protection: Qualifying LLumar films block more than 99% of harmful UV rays, providing added protection for passengers and exposed interior surfaces.
  • Reduced Glare: Window tint softens harsh sunlight and reflected glare, helping improve visual comfort during bright daytime driving.
  • Added Privacy: Darker legal shades limit outside visibility into the cabin while allowing occupants to maintain a clear outward view.
  • Interior Preservation: UV and solar protection help reduce fading, discoloration, drying, and cracking across dashboards, seats, trim, and upholstery.
  • Improved Cabin Comfort: Less solar energy entering through the windows creates a more comfortable environment for drivers, passengers, children, and pets.
  • Glass Fragment Retention: Film can help hold broken glass fragments together after an impact, although it does not make automotive glass unbreakable.
  • Refined Appearance: Professionally installed tint gives cars, trucks, and SUVs a more uniform, polished appearance suited to the vehicle’s design.

Florida Automotive Window Tint Requirements

Florida regulates the combined visible-light transmission and reflectivity of vehicle glass and installed film. Requirements differ between front side windows, rear windows on passenger cars, and rear windows on qualifying multipurpose passenger vehicles.

Window Location Florida Requirement What Drivers Should Know
Windshield Tint strip above the AS-1 area Standard sunscreening material cannot extend into the driver’s direct viewing area
Front Side Windows At least 28% VLT The glass and film together must transmit at least 28% of visible light
Rear Side and Rear Window, Passenger Cars At least 15% VLT Rear glass may be darker than the front side windows
Rear Side and Rear Window, Multipurpose Vehicles At least 6% VLT Applies to qualifying multipurpose passenger vehicles
Front Side Reflectivity No more than 25% Measured from the non-film side
Rear Reflectivity No more than 35% Applies to regulated film behind the driver
Rear Window Visibility Dual side mirrors required when visibility is obstructed Both exterior side mirrors must meet Florida requirements

VLT means visible-light transmission, or the percentage of visible light passing through the existing glass and installed film together. Factory glass affects the final measurement, so a film’s labeled shade does not automatically equal the completed window’s VLT.

Medical and certain occupational exemptions may apply under Florida law. Regulations can change, and vehicle classifications vary. Enterprise Window Tinting can explain available options, but the vehicle owner remains responsible for ongoing legal compliance.

Naples Auto Tint FAQs

Automotive Window Tint Questions

Helpful answers about automotive window tint pricing, ceramic film, Florida tint laws, installation, curing, care, removal, and LLumar warranty coverage.

Pricing depends on your vehicle, the number of windows, the LLumar film selected, and whether old tint must be removed. Call Enterprise Window Tinting at (239) 434-7774 for a free estimate.

Ceramic window tint is generally the strongest choice for drivers prioritizing heat rejection. LLumar ceramic films target heat-generating infrared rays while maintaining electronic connectivity and clear visibility.

Not necessarily. Darkness measures visible-light transmission, while heat rejection depends on film technology. A lighter ceramic film may control more heat than a darker dyed film.

Qualifying LLumar automotive films block more than 99% of harmful UV rays, helping protect occupants and reduce sun-related fading inside the vehicle.

Ceramic tint can be worthwhile for vehicles frequently parked or driven in the Florida sun. It offers premium heat control, UV protection, glare reduction, color stability, and clear electronic connectivity.

LLumar ceramic window films are non-metallic and designed to maintain clear electronic connectivity for common devices and vehicle systems.

Front side windows must transmit at least 28% of visible light. Rear windows must generally transmit at least 15% on passenger cars or at least 6% on qualifying multipurpose passenger vehicles.

Florida generally permits a sunscreening strip at the top of the windshield above the AS-1 area. Certain clear performance films or exemptions may involve additional requirements, so the application should be reviewed before installation.

Many vehicles can be completed within a few hours. Timing depends on the vehicle, number of windows, film selected, window condition, and whether existing tint requires removal.

Follow the timeframe given after installation, which is commonly several days. Rolling the windows down too early may disturb film edges before they have cured.

Minor moisture pockets, light haze, or a slightly uneven appearance can be normal during curing. These typically improve as installation moisture evaporates.

Use a soft microfiber cloth and an ammonia-free window cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads, sharp tools, and cleaners that could damage or discolor the film.

Yes. Enterprise Window Tinting can evaluate existing film and provide removal before installing new automotive window tint. Removal cost depends on the film’s condition and adhesive.

Eligible LLumar automotive films include manufacturer warranty coverage. Terms vary by film series and installation, so review the applicable warranty details when selecting your product.
